Slow down.

Don’t presume the person you were before was the best version of yourself. Take all the help on offer. Don’t fight it.

You need a nap. Nap. You're not lazy. Others don't understand. It's not their fault (some are ignorant yes).

That it is ok to have an altered brain and that I can still have a meaningful life.
