Not I. I am on too many seizure meds. all my meds tell me not to really.

Daily for arthritis but not more than 6 oz of 40 proof.Note: I take NO MEDS OTHER THAN IBUPROFEN

Who here still drinks Alcohol after you got your Tbi?

Mine was in 1999 and while my memory has improved, I am still very forgetful. Another way of saying it is that 21 years later and I still have problems with my short-term memory. However, I made it through college with a TBI so my memory did improve some. I have learned to use notes and reminders and alarms on my phone.

Mine was in 2014 and speech therapy helped but I still forget but I try and use the coping skills she gave me to help me remember better then I did the first couple of years after the fall .. so might want to give it a try it was just retraining my brain to try and remember things

My TBI was in December 2016 and I find it really annoying that my memory hasn’t improved at all
