<p>Just repeat and enough times and your brain will get better and you will eventually need to repeat it less.</p>

<p>I was like that for about a year and a half post tbi. I could only stay focused for about 2 minutes, and that's only if I put ALL of my energy into it. It would take about an hour and a half to watch a half hour sitcom. My speech therapist had me watching 5 minute youtube videos (on any topic I wanted) and taking notes, which was supposed to help with focus. Now, nearly 3 years post tbi, I'm much, much better.</p>

I have to start movies or tv shows over multiple times to really get a handle on it. Anyone else find this?
