Sorting laundry was a big one for me for a verrrrrry long time. I’m still not great at it

Yes! Even shopping for the groceries is hard. Things like making decisions, planning, organizing ...are all too much. Yet, I work in an office and do that just fine (I think).

For me it's that one thing it's cooking. I find it so stressful and overwhelming. Most people don't really understand this and offer to "teach me." I find this degrading, especially when they're much younger than me.
