Well, a very common reason that people get stomach spasms is. . .are you ready for it? . . .not enough fiber in their diet.I don't know if that's your answer, but it's always good to look for the more common reasons first.

Water water water. One half ounce to one ounce per pound a day. 100 pounds 50 to 100 ounces. Get yourself hydrated and see how much water your body needs. Then stick with it. My body craves water in the early morning. I will drink a liter or more as soon as I wake up.

I drink tea. It has caffeine bit also a chemical that soothes us. I wonder if a sleep study could help with n my personal opinion. One can sleep eight hours but a sleep study can reveal if it's good sleep or not. Some need a breathing device whole sleeping that some find life changing.

I eat right.. if my energy gets low I am pretty sure it's because I don't gave the right fuel in my body. No nuts, no salad, no fruit.. etc...

Does anyone take anything for energy? I take caffeine pills, without them I can't get motivated.
