A stroke is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain. You would have to have something else goin on for that to happen. Your accident that caused the tbi could cause the other to start happening but not necessarily.

Diet can be a big help. Weirdly I found myself eating more fruit and nuts, many of which I later discovered are good for braincells development. My body must have been telling me something.
