Ur muscles are not getting the message clearly from your brain. You need to reinforce repetitively, the action you want. If you have free weights at home, use them!!! I went to the gym for like 3 years after my therapy cut out. I no longer shake... how ever, I don't carry hot liquids without a cover if I can help it

I do. My doctor calls them Trauma Induced Tremors

Yes. The doctors said it’s very common for people with brain injuries to have at least something occasionally shaking. Mostly for me it’s occasionally my hands, so when they start to shake I stop using them, focus on them, calm down and try to control them.
