Baclofin, exercise and stretching. And keeping extremities warm

What helps your muscle spasticity the best?

I get shotsevery 3 months and it's painful (from the needles) but so worth it! I'm on my 3rd doctor to give them to me and this doctor has what he calls a recipe for each patient and gives each muscle a certain amount of the medicine according to the tightness. I see Dr. Matthew Karshner in Cape Girardeau MO.

My daughter has been getting them since 2004. She has benifitted from it tremendously.

I have a appointment with the spasticity clinic but Idk how I feel about it
