Find a therapist that does mindfulness/presence coaching. It took a long time, because my focus was so out of whack and I would forget everything I hadn't written down the minute I left the office , but practicing acceptance and training my focus on the present has been vital for me.


For my husband, I believe it was his Anger Management Therapist.
