Is it right that the brain has the ability to recover after a moderate/severe tbi 2 years after the injury?

So is it true that everyone have about 2 years to recover? Sorry for my English.

UPDATE: I didn't talk about 100% recovery just a little recovery. I read an article that 2 years after the traumatic brain injury is possible to recover. Is it right? Is there any time limit in an average situation?

I was told how long you have to recover depends on how bad you want it. If everyday you are doing what’s needed to rehab then you have however long you need.

Recovery is continuous: without limit. Neuroplasticity is why.
