Detox your head and neck lymph nodes. Memory surely has multiple reasons, but inflammation in the brain is a huge problems for all head diseases today. Omega 3 is great for the head, however I take many other supplements and detox my brain and lymphatic system daily. https://www.healthline.com/.../omega-3-fish-oil-for-brain....

I have been giving my son omega 3 with DHA and EPA since the very beginning of his TBI...8 months now. He has regained almost all of his cognitive function back (long term memory, short term memory, new memories, problem solving, month/day/year) the Dr's are astounding at how far his cognitive function has returned, although we are still waiting on his motor function and speech to catch up...but mentally he is all there! I also give him full spectrum CBD oil.
