I went to a Gastrologist & got meds for IBS-D. Helped immensely! I took the meds (Colestipol) for a few years and now I don't really have problems anymore.
After my TBI, my periods stopped and started and I was told I couldn't have any more children because my hormones were messed up. However, I got pregnant and had a healthy son, 17 months later. Four years after my TBI, I was diagnosed with a nervous stomach, then Coeliac Disease. Eight years ago, which was 23 years after my TBI, I was found to have Ulcerative Colitis. You're not alone.
