We have an organization - ASHA.org - usually is a really good resource you can use to find a speech-language pathologist. There are also numerous groups on Facebook that you can go to to ask for suggestions. I would also contact hospitals - usually all the hospitals have an outpatient clinic, and you can inquire whether there's a specialty for trauma and if they have a speech language pathologist you can work with.
