No, for me it was two factors.. my thinking and feeling overwhelmed.. cognitive behavior therapy helped me separate feelings from facts. The supplement L-theanine serine helped with anxiousness.

Depression from lack of dopamine and serotonin. Natural supplements for that too.

A good licensed therapist can help along with medication management. Anyone with a TBI would suffer from depression. My TBI occurred when I was three and because I was so young I don't remember a lot except I do recall my mother standing over my crib in the hospital. Make an appointment with a psychiatrist please as they can really help you. I can attest to it. I worked as a licensed clinical social worker in my career and worked alongside physicians who specialize in psychiatry and it will help you if you take that step.
