Would ever use casting alongside botox or baclofen? or are those never used together?

I’m not sure, I think you could. I don't think there's any drawback, but let me just say this. I think with botox, your movement or your spasticity might be immediately gone so you actually wouldn't want to cast at that point because they will now be able to move their arm a little bit more. You might not need a cast because now you want to try to see if you can get more movement and more strength in the arm. The botox only lasts for a little while, a few months. You have to keep getting injections, which kind of stinks.
