For those of you that have difficulty with anger/aggression what helps you?

I know CBD/weed helps a lot of people as well as meditation/exercise but I’d love to know what else is worth trying. Thank you!

Honestly, journaling if you’re not good with your own self awareness. I would even put things in my notes on my phone.

Take note of trends, what triggers you and why. Knowing the cause helps you eventually find prevention and KNOWING WHEN it’s happening helped me laugh it off and proceed with my day. Sort of like self redirecting.

Here are some of the notes I have taken over the past 6 years...

Anxiety

* Cebede - p@in and nerve damage. Balances me out and just makes me better all the way around

*Shilajit- 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for all the amazing health benefits

*Rhodiola. - when I feel depression sneaking in or having panic attacks

*Maca - half tsp 2 to 3 times a day. Hormonal balance and it helps libido unfortunately

* moringa- hair and skin. 2 tsp total a day

* blackseed oil- tsp 2 times a day for helping everything but death. Mainly hair and skin and immune system

Definitely Ashwagandha and I'd add Rhodiola Rosea!!!!

Shilajit is as always wonderful
