Stomach spasms anyone?

What do I need to do to find out what is wrong. I know about the brain gut thing but this is awful!!! (Lower abdomen)

Water water water. One half ounce to one ounce per pound a day. 100 pounds 50 to 100 ounces. Get yourself hydrated and see how much water your body needs. Then stick with it. My body craves water in the early morning. I will drink a liter or more as soon as I wake up.


Well, a very common reason that people get stomach spasms is. . .

are you ready for it? . . .not enough fiber in their diet.

I don't know if that's your answer, but it's always good to look for the more common reasons first.
