Has anybody here have been approved for disability? If so, how long did it take?
My husband was told by an attorney today that he should apply for disability due to his TBI. He said that it’s just in case he can’t perform on his job.

I got mine the first time I applied. No Lawyer just a doctor note and my medical records.
It can take from 3 months to more than 3years. It depends on the medical documentation and how much work you do before ya apply.
