My husband with a TBI has been getting EMDR therapy for about a year. So very helpful in dealing with PTSD from childhood that he had locked up in his mind prior to his accident ...after accident ..as you all know..... his brain can’t deal with it...., very healthy to process the junk!

EMDR is really good to help you deal with your trauma and ptsd, depression etc. It helps you to process and put things into place in your brain and helps you to let go of things. I did it when it first came out and then processed from there. One thing to remember with a tbi, the person we were before is now different. We just need to follow the new path for ourselves.
