It’s a challenge! Vestibular therapy helped with that but takes time, hat and sunglasses can help. Plan is always to get in and out as fast as possible!!!!
Definitely was completely overwhelming when I first went back shopping my only tip is to stick to the same store so you are familiar with the layout & go during the least busy hours and days to cut down on distractions.
