I do word search, puzzles, simple recipes, read even though I can't remember it, I find it is helping. Music. Whatever kind you enjoy. I still can't follow a movie. It doesn't happen over night that's for sure. I found art to help. Adult coloring books with colored pencils. Drawing in general. Keep trying!! Hugs!!
