Some people call brain biofeedback neurofeedback. I'm told the standard is 40 to 60 sessions, or twice a week for the first 40. Does it take that long to see the effect?

I found it took 20 sessions and then all of a sudden a change occurred. A big, dramatic change. It didn't last long, and that's why you need to keep going until the change becomes permanent and you achieve your treatment goal.
