Slow and easy or whatever you can handle. I got really lucky with ice cream and a very nice walk.
I take dates on hikes. I have them keep track of where we’re going so we don’t get lost... I’ve never been good with directions. Lol.
Just strolling through a big park is also relaxing and leaves plenty to do if you pick a good park. Walk, talk, and be happy.
