Does anyone take anything for energy? I take caffeine pills, without them I can't get motivated.

I drink tea. It has caffeine bit also a chemical that soothes us. I wonder if a sleep study could help with n my personal opinion. One can sleep eight hours but a sleep study can reveal if it's good sleep or not. Some need a breathing device whole sleeping that some find life changing.


I eat right.. if my energy gets low I am pretty sure it's because I don't gave the right fuel in my body. No nuts, no salad, no fruit.. etc...
