Cortical/cerebral vision loss. What can be done?
My son has a cortical vision impairment. I understand there is no therapy for this and it's all about using other senses to compansate and there is no rehabilitation. Is this accurate?

Although there are different forms of cortical vision impairment, many presentations are often improved and functional visual limitations reduced with Neuro-Optometric Vision Therapy. I would recommend you go to www.covd.org and the "locate a doctor" section to find a board certified specialist in your area to idenfity an accurate functional prognosis.
