Does anybody struggle with being easily confused when having any meetings or conversations with more then 1 individual?

Write some of or better yet, all of the questions you may have down on paper. So if you find yourself getting lost in the conversation you can refer back to your paper to stay focused and in the conversation. It works with meetings with DR's, lawyers, PT, OT etc... not as much with friends or family yet, sometimes it works there to depending on how receptive they are to your needs. Healing vibes!

If you can slow yourself down a little bit. This helps for me. Enter a meeting with intent, Interest, and desired outcome. It's all internal. Tell yourself you can and you WILL get through it.
